Overview
Our return and replacement policy is valid for 2 days from the date of delivery. Returns or replacements will be accepted only with a valid and genuine reason.
Returns and replacements can be requested only through the Return & Replacement button available in your Orders page.
Since our products are delivered in sealed bottles, jars etc.., strict quality and safety conditions apply.
How to Request Return & Replacement
Returns and replacements can be requested only through your Orders page.
Steps:
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Click Return & Replacement button under your order
- The Refund Request Form will open automatically
- Fill in the required details:
- Enter Bank Details (for refund, if applicable)
- Select Reason / Subject
- Describe the product issue (impurities, if any)
- Upload product issue proof (image, if required)
- Click Submit Request
Important:
- Order and product details are captured automatically (no manual entry required)
- This option is available only after successful order & payment
- The request button may be removed after submission or after the allowed return period
- Our support team will review your request and respond with further instructions
Return Eligibility
A return will be accepted only if ALL the following conditions are met:
- The product has visible impurities or genuine quality issues
- The bottle/jar must NOT be damaged
- The cap seal must be intact and unopened
- The product must be in the same condition as delivered
- Product issue image must be provided (if requested)
- Request must be made within 2 days of delivery
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- Seal is opened or tampered
- Bottle/jar is damaged by the customer
- Product is used or consumed
- No valid proof or product image provided (when required)
- Request submitted after 2 days from delivery
Replacement Policy
Replacement will be provided only if the product contains impurities or quality defects, after verification by our quality team.
Replacement Conditions:
- Bottle/jar must be undamaged
- Seal must be intact and unopened
- Issue must be verified by our team
- Request must be submitted within 2 days of delivery
Once approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 business days.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved:
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
- You will receive a confirmation after refund processing
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Opened or used products
- Broken seal or tampered packaging
- Bottle or jar damaged after delivery
- Change of mind / no valid reason
- No valid proof or product issue image (when required)
- Natural variation in color, aroma, or texture (as products are natural)
Shipping for Returns
- Return instructions will be shared only after approval
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
